Pamela Oakley, personal chef and owner of Capers LLC, is a life-long “foodie”. Her passion for cooking began at a very early age in her mother’s kitchen, and her culinary style reflects her personal desire to infuse variety and enjoyment into every dining experience. She loves taking simple, fresh ingredients and making them extraordinary! She has studied sugar paste flower design from the world renowned Nicholas Lodge.
Pamela is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and has earned a Catering Certificate from Central Piedmont Community College.
